How to set up your account:

1. Visit our practice website or epethealth.com, enter the email address you provided to us, and click the first-time login link.
2. Check your inbox for an activation email
3. Click the link in the email to create your password and account. 
4. You will be returned to the main screen where you  can log in using your email address and newly created password.
